Our Beginning
Founded on the belief that beauty is never accidental.
Dragonflye Design was established with a simple conviction: that the spaces we inhabit shape the lives we lead. Too often, interior design is treated as decoration — a final layer applied to a finished room. We believe it is something far more fundamental.
We founded the studio after years of working on projects where the mission was always the same: make it beautiful, make it timeless, make it feel like it has always been here. That instinct — for rooms that feel earned rather than assembled — is at the heart of everything we do.
Today, we work with a small number of private clients each year, taking on only the projects we can give our full attention to. Our work spans the greater Houston and Dallas areas and occasionally further afield.

Our Philosophy
Restraint
The best rooms know what to leave out. We resist the impulse to fill every surface, preferring spaces that breathe and reward attention over time.
Provenance
We are drawn to objects with history — antiques, heirlooms, pieces made by hand. A room furnished with intention feels different from one assembled from a catalogue.
Longevity
We design for the long term. Trends are interesting; endurance is the goal. A Dragonflye interior should feel as right in twenty years as it does on the day we hand it over.
Collaboration
We are not here to impose a signature style. Our role is to listen carefully, then translate what we hear into spaces that feel entirely, unmistakably yours.
